- All sales are final unless a quality issue, shortage, or mistake by our staff caused a wrong item to be shipped.
- Quality issues, shortages or mistakes must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Replacement orders will be shipped using the same method used on the original order at no cost to the customer.
- Customer will be responsible for any upgrades to shipping on replacement orders.

will be issued upon receiving the items being returned *Due to the wide
variance in the quality of colors as they are displayed on computer
monitors, we can not except returns for a wrong color if the order was
processed correctly. If you are worried about a color match you may
call and request a sample. Shipping:
We ship orders for most stock items within 24-48 hours from the time
your order is entered. All other items will be shipped according to
information provided. Faster delivery times other than what are stated
are available on many of the items, but you will need to call for
pricing. If you need other shipping arrangements, please call us at
(800) 858-6966. We will notify you by phone if any delays occur so that
you can make adjustments or other arrangements.
SHIPMENTS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES: Any
additional charges caused by duties, taxes, tariffs etc when shipping
to a foreign country are the customers responsibility and may require a
second charge to your credit card before the order is released.
